News Ojamajo Doremi's Sequel Novels Get Drama CD, New Title

Ojamajo Doremi voice actress Chiemi Chiba revealed on her official Twitter account last month that the next volume of the Ojamajo Doremi 16 novel series will change its title to Ojamajo Doremi 17. She also revealed that the newest volume will come with a bonus drama CD. She wrote that she had a recording for the CD scheduled for later in March. She also wrote that the volume would be released sometime this summer.
This Ojamajo Doremi novel series take place during the heroines' high school days. It began in December 2011, and currently has three volumes released. Each volume features an interview at the end with the voice actress of the character on the cover. Midori Kuriyama, a writer on the original anime, is writing the light novel, and original character designer Yoshihiko Umakoshi is illustrating it.
The first Ojamajo Doremi anime series originally premiered in Japan in 1999, and 4Kids began broadcasting the series in the United States in 2005.
