Polyphonica Manga's Hirokawa Starts Kami-sama Sakuragi Produce

"Goddess love comedy" to launch in Comic Meteor web magazine on September 11
Manga creator Tomo Hirokawa (Polyphonica: Cardinal Crimson) will launch the Kamisama Sakuragi Produce series in the Comic Meteor web magazine on September 11. According to Hirokawa, this is probably his first original manga creation in about a decade.
The "goddess love comedy" revolves around a pure-hearted young man who, in order to help a "sexy but cute" goddess survive in modern society, must become her "producer" (like a producer who manages a pop idol).
CMX Manga licensed Hirokawa and Ichiro Sakaki's Polyphonica: Cardinal Crimson manga in 2009. The company published the first volume of the nine-volume series in June 2010 before DC Comics shut down the imprint in July 2010.
