Super Smash Bros. Adds Corrin, Bayonetta as Playable Characters

New amiibo figurines, Mii Fighter costume items also detailed

Nintendo announced during its "final" video presentation on Tuesday that Fire Emblem Fates' Corrin and Bayonetta's titular character will be added to the the Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS games as playable characters.

Nintendo announced that both new characters, as well as recently announced character Cloud from Final Fantasy VII, will get amiibo figurines.

Nintendo is also planning amiibo figurine releases for R.O.B., Roy, and Ryu.

Nintendo announced its planned costume items for the game's custom Mii Fighters.

Nintendo is streaming the entirety of the presentation on its official YouTube channel.
