IFF Toronto Event to Host Voice Actor Tetsuya Kakihara

The staff of the International Fan Festival Toronto (IFF Toronto) 2020 event announced on Wednesday that it will host voice actor Tetsuya Kakihara at the event. The event will mark Kakihara's first Canadian convention appearance.
Kakihara's anime voice roles include Fairy Tail's Natsu Dragneel, Show By Rock!!'s Yaiba, Yowamushi Pedal's Jinpachi Tōdō, Hozuki's Coolheadedness' Karauri, Gurren Lagann's Simon, and Blue Exorcist's Amaimon. He played Prompto Argentum in the Final Fantasy XV game, and has voiced Jin Kisaragi in BlazBlue series games. Kakihara has also performed theme songs for anime such as Nanbaka, Yowamushi Pedal, B-PROJECT, and Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits-.
Voice actor Showtaro Morikubo will also attend next year's event.
IFF Toronto 2020 will be held from June 19-21, 2020, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The event will be the second Canadian event for IFF. The first IFF event took place in Osaka in October 2018.
