Crunchyroll Uploads Some New Anime Episodes Late

ANN confirmed that Crunchyroll uploaded episodes of certain simulcast anime hours or up to a day later than their usual weekly debut date. Some of the shows affected in the past four days include:

• Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus episode 7
• Detective Conan episode 1171
• Rent-A-Girlfriend episode 44
• A Couple of Cuckoos season 2 episode 7
• Detectives These Days Are Crazy! episode 8
• Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show episode 8
• Turkey!-Time to Strike- episode 7
• Mr. Osomatsu season 4 episode 7

Some of the above shows had the English simuldub uploaded earlier than the English subtitled version. Some of the English subtitled episodes were available in the Crunchyroll channel on Prime Video, while not being available in the Crunchyroll app or website itself.

Crunchyroll has not stated a reason for the episodes being available late.
