Upcoming Anime Screenings at Prince Charles Cinemas in January and February 2026

The Prince Charles cinema will screen several anime films in January and February 2026. The films are: Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (pictured right), Belladonna of Sadness, Mirai, your name., Perfect Blue, Ghost in the Shell, Millennium Actress and 4K Princess Mononoke

All the screenings will be subtitled.

Hayao Miyazaki's My Neighbor Totoro will be screened on Saturday December 27 (12.30 p.m.)

Satoshi Kon's Perfect Blue will be screened on Saturday December 27 ( 6 p.m.), Sunday January 4 (12 p.m.), Monday January 19 (6.10 p.m.), Monday February 2 (12.30 p.m.) and Saturday February 28 (3 p.m.)

Hayao Miyazaki's Princess Mononoke (4K edition) will be screened on Thursday January 1 (5 p.m.) and Sunday March 1 (2 p.m.)

Mamorui Oshii's Ghost in the Shell will be screened on Wednesday January 7 (6.05 p.m.), Wednesday January 28 (12.15 p.m.) and Saturday February 7 (12 p.m.)

Satoshi Kon's Paprika will be screened on Monday January 12 (6.15 p.m.), Monday January 26 (12.45 p.m.), Saturday January 31 (2.15 p.m.) and Friday February 27 (12.15 p.m.)

Makoto Shinkai's your name. (pictured left) will be screened on Wednesday January 14 (12.15 p.m.), Saturday January 24 (5.50 p.m.) and Tuesday February 17 (3 p.m.)

Yoshiaki Kawajiri's Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust will be screened on Saturday January 17 (5.45 p.m.) and Tuesday February 3 (3.35 p.m.)

Satoshi Kon's Millennium Actress will be screened on Friday January 23 (3.50 p.m.) and Sunday February 1 (3.25 p.m.)

Mamoru Hossoda's Mirai (pictured right) will be screened on Sunday February 8 (11.45 a.m.)

A double-bill of Hideaki Anno's Evangelion: Death (True)² and The End of Evangelion will be screened on Friday February 20 (8.25 p.m.)

Takeshi Koike's Redline will be screened on Sunday February 22 (5.45 p.m.)

Eiichi Yamamoto's Belladonna of Sadness will be screened on Monday February 23 (12.15 p.m.)
