Celebrate Vocaloid Megpoid's 2nd Anniversary with 21 New Releases
Yokohama, Japan — June 23rd, 2011 — Happy 2nd Anniversary, Megpoid! To celebrate this momentous occasion, HearJapan has teamed up with KarenT and put together a MASSIVE list of 21 new releases featuring GUMI, the voice of Megpoid!
That's right, it's been 2 years since Megpoid, a new addition to the ever growing Vocaloid line of voice synthesis software, was first introduced on June 25th, 2009. Since then, producers have been hard at work crafting their own GUMI inspired visions. Based on real-life singer Megumi Nakajima, Megpoid and its character GUMI quickly went on to become fan favorites.
Two years later and we now have a huge library of songs featuring the warm and charming young singer.
