Serial Experiments Lain 'Weird Exhibition' Returns With New Exclusive Merchandise and VR Experience
LOS ANGELES (November 29, 2024) — Anique Inc., in partnership with NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan, announces the return of "Weird Exhibition: Welcome to the Wired," celebrating Serial Experiments Lain's 25th anniversary with an expanded virtual exhibition and exclusive merchandise collection. Fans can experience the full collection in person at SF Fan Expo (booth #700) from November 29-December 1.
The free VR exhibition in Anique Museum features artwork from the original series as well as from Yoshitoshi ABe and meticulously crafted environments including the Weird Corridor, Display Tower, and lain's Room. Accessible through VRChat via PC, Meta Quest, and Android devices, no VR headset required.
Commemorating the exhibition, Anique is releasing limited-edition collectibles including:
