Niuhi Brings Indie Manga to Life at Honolulu Festival

March 11, 2026 — Hawai'i-based KOMODO Hawai'i will showcase the NIUHI manga platform at the Honolulu Festival on March 14–15 in collaboration with Aloha Manga, bringing Japanese indie manga to new global audiences. Visitors will be able to experience the NIUHI platform through live demos and enjoy manga-themed activities designed for fans and families alike.

Visitors to the NIUHI × Aloha Manga booth will be able to experience the NIUHI platform through live demos and discover a curated selection of indie manga available on the service.

During the event, NIUHI will also host a special prize drawing, where attendees will have a chance to win prizes including a Steam Deck OLED 1TB and NIUHI keys that provide access to selected titles available on the platform.

The booth will feature a variety of interactive manga activities designed for fans and families. Students from Japan studying illustration will offer manga-style portrait drawings for visitors at the booth.
