I'm surprised they're putting it to BluRay so early. Usually we have to wait a year but now it's just 6 moths.

Seconded! I am pretty sure FUNi announced they have Season 2 and the Movie at last year's Otakon. PLEASE, FUNi, get this (and season 2) out onto the market soon! (Oh, and I *am* happy they put in another version of "Ashigaru Dance" -- i.e. "Manly Manly Yukai" --in the extras - here's hoping they choreographed the entire song, and not just the first part like in the anime.) - J |

You read my mind, mate. Absolutely loved, loved, LOVED the dub of season one. I want to see season two only if it's thru FUNi or another legal streaming site, and I definitely wanna own the series but I'm holding off in hopes that they'll release a box set. Does anyone know if there's any chance of that happening? |
