Best bet that's a bootleg.

Signs include:

Address is either Hong Kong or Europe
User has multiple auctions of the same thing
Similar auctions either use the same images or there are multiples of that one item
Payment option is usually AND only CC
Low Start Bid, High S&H

And despite what Meg says otherwise, eBay has not been dillegent in removing bootlegs and knockoffs off the site.
