Ok, im new to this whole manga and anime thing but i strted reading a couple of series my friend gave me. Battle Royale, which is amazing; King of Hell; and Chronicles of the Cursed Sword. I like all of these a lot but I need more
 !! If anyone could give me some names on what's good it would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. im kind of poor so if you know any websites with free manga reads (whole series please) then can i have that too, thanks in advance

First, it seems that you are into shounen... am i right? You might like Berserk... I've heard alot of people like that.
And second, if you read 'Teh Rules' then you'll see that you can't ask for downloads/websites with free manga and all that. |

If you want to know which series are licensed (and which are not), go to [URL removed. -Nagi]. They have a great collection of manga titles with reviews so you can check out which manga series you might want to give a try and read.

How about no? Asking for and posting links to websites offering illegal manga scanlations is a severe offense around here. |

ummm now i know it is an offense... i found the thread witht he rules. Sorry i'm new. and for getting a job, i would if i wasnt 14! but thatnks for being so impolite to me. glad this staff member is hard at work.

Hey i was 14 when i got my job (i'm 15 now). but seriously I recommend, for shonen, Bleach, One Piece, Naruto, Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha and Yu Yu Hakusho. also seriously, get on with the recommendations instead of the scan thing. |

There's one great place where you can read manga for free and it's absolutely legal. The Library. I'm not kidding. Many libraries have found that stocking manga has gotten many people to come in that wouldn't have come in otherwise, so there are a lot of libraries with good selections. And unlike the illegal websites you're looking for, you can flip through the library books to see if you think it'll be up your alley before you even borrow. Call your local library first (some still haven't caught on), but it's free, legal, and it shows support for an institution that really needs to be supported. |

I have seen some of Yu Yu Hakasho, but is the manga better or about the same? Likewise with One Piece. and is there any other pirate manga besides One Piece?

ragnaroc books are good to. and the Library is a good way to read stuff and if u cant get to the Libary go on line to check out books and stuff.

some 14 yr old dude called Nixt pirate or so,came into this forum to ask some questions about downloading manga,even tho he was a nubie at it,some stupid idiots like the one im replying to took joy in replying the dude offensively/blatantly impolitely!wretched baka!!pirate took it rather good naturedly,i might add..seems some 14 year olds are wiser in out days than cyber punks dont u think?i dont want to be banned from this forum,because i read up stuff here a lot,but i just had to spit this out!earlier i had the same sorta issue and a dude named superonizuka relied really politely,even tho i have to say so myself!so stop pushing people away,guys.learn from superoni.
i hope this aint too 'wet' a posting that will get me banned.and if it does,well,i said wot was inside.sorry to all the pple in authority here.but thanks to all you good peeps out there.keep it up. |

yeah i'm with Takezou he shouldn't have been rude to him there are other ways of saying what u have to say with out being rude to other people, and i'm not a person who keeps quite when some is being rude to another person so if i get booted from this site fine.
the world would be a better place if every one was kind. |
