yeah agreed personally if they're gonna do a UC timeline at least go in the Zeta or ZZ area

Hm, I'm curious to see if this is 0080's Captain Hardy Steiner before the formation of the that series' Cyclops Team. Of course, the Steiner in this new manga is a Major, but considering the poor treatment Hardy was given by his command in War in The Pocket, it's not unreasonable to think he might have been demoted and reassigned.

Anyway, always glad to see more UC material.
