Since yesterday was Halloween, kids in my highschool were allowed to substitute a costume instead of our uniform for the day. Sitting in the cafeteria for lunch enjoying a nice conversation with some friends, I turned my head to check out the girl I like when all of a sudden, who do I see....SASUKE!!! Ahaha, some kid actuallly had the nerve to dress up as an anime character and come to school! I approached him later that day and said, "Hey Sasuke." He laughed and said I was the first person to know who he was all day. Oh yea, someone dressed up as...I think his name is Ichigo (the orange haired guy) from Bleach.
Did you notice any characters from anime at your school yesterday? Did you notice any come to your door whilst they were trick or treating? Did you notice any while YOU were trick or treating?
P.S. Naruto showed up at my door and I gave him a box of smarties and a kit-kat

I saw three female Roy Mustangs and a last-minute Ryu from Bartender in my school's anime club. Oh, and there were a few fat girls in black Playboy Bunny outfits that looked just like the one Haruhi wore in the concert episode, but I don't think they were intentionally cosplaying.

Well I guess this doesn't count, but one guy dressed up as Cid, character model from FFVII vs FFX/FFX-2. Also, one guy tried to dress up as Alucard from Hellsing, but he didn't do too well.

Well before me, my friend, and his girlfriend left to a party we handed out candy til about nine. While I handed out candy I spied a Naruto, a Kenshin (haven't seen that in awhile), and two chicks dressed in cat-girl-maid outfits which I assume was influenced by anime. I thought I saw someone with a robe that looked like the one that the captian wears. Oh yeah my friends girl friend was dressed as Dokuro-chan and she looked pretty good in it to.

I was planning on asking *cough*forcing*cough* a friend into making me a Dokuro-chan outfit too, but she kept putting it off and it never happened. (Oh well, I don't blame her. It's my fault that I can't sew for beans.) I ended up not dressing up and going to the mall to see The Grudge 2 by myself (which is a scary as PG-13 movies get, it seemed like I was screaming my head off at something every other minute. I'd highly recommend it if you want a good post-Halloween B-movie scare.)

Someone at my college dressed as Tayuya (or whatever her name is - the Naruto henchie with the flute). Given how my college is about Naruto, I'm partially amazed that was the only related cosplay I saw. Outside of that, one of my best friends was dressed as Dark Link, and other people were mostly generic vampires & junk (and a co-worker of mine in the Academic Support Center was Ash from Evil Dead, which was awesome).

Cid Highwind from FFVII
I remember that guy; FFVII was one of my favorite games back in the day. BTW, Cid has apparently been in every FF since FFII.

Two girls in my school cosplayed as L and Kira from Death note, and walked around the whole day handcuffed together. They also decorated a notebook to make a Death Note and carried that around all day, and it was pretty well made too.

No anime folks spotted for me, but I was at work (and forgot to bring my cat ears. Had to buy another pair on my break.)
We did have a guy dressed as a flasher come by and 'show off' his costume, apparently (the one time I go to the back.) Mind you, it WAS a costume so no one really saw anything, but still...

Cid and the Chocobos. I also believe Biggs and Wedge have in in everything since 6, but I'm not 100% on that.

There were any Naruto cosplaying at my school however Cloud and Tifa did happen to show up at my college.....but really there wasn't that many people who dressed up this year, and quite frankly I think that this year was one of the slowest year for trick or treaters.

I'm not sure about this year but last year, someone dressed up as Reno from FF7/AC and another person dressed up as Rinoa from FF8. Quite a bit of FF Fans here but I guess they're present everywhere.

This has nothing to do with school, but my girlfriend went as Rip from Hellsing, and did quite a good job looking the part.

I'm pretty sure they intended to cosplay (unless someone gave then rohypnol and forced them into the costumes), but not necessarily to cosplay Haruhi
