This just made my day. I've heard some awesome things about what's coming next, and I was afraid of no 2nd season. Nazuna, the city of Minori, the Royal Knights... HELL YEAH!!! Seriously, 2014 ROCKS! More Kin-Iro Mosaic, more Ano Natsu, more Log Horizon, lots of adaptations I've always wanted... I love 2014.

Wow, I wasn't expecting this announcement for a while. Will there even be enough material for it?

I'm excited though! I didn't like Log Horizon at first but I really love it now. This if definitely something great to look forward to! Very Happy

Nope. SAO2 is premiering in the summer and is only 1 cour (usually 10-13 episodes) long unlike the first season.

As for the news itself, WOOHOO, WOOHOO, WOOHOO, WOOHOO! Although, I'm somewhat worried how season 2 is going to turn out because the first season covered 5 out of the 7 currently released volumes (unless it's just 1 cour covering just the last two volumes somehow).

Source for the Second Season of the Trainwreck known as SAO being only one cour?

sweet. now all Sunrise needs to do is announced a third season of Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere, and I'll be really happy
