It feels so odd to bring this up now considering Toei had these running in front of HappinessCharge! Precure since early February.

I think it's more that Toei had actually uploaded those messages on their Youtube page

Toei just posted the second batch of messages yesterday (four per month). I figured it would be best to put in all of them so readers could enjoy them all.
