Has there been any press regarding a second TV series or after the second movie is released on Blu Ray, is that it for this franchise?

I own the TV series and first film and will certainly buy the second once we get a NA release.

I'd love for them to create a second TV series.

It's up in the air. The movie and other goods have sold well. We have gotten announcement for a second run of the Rising Ichibankuji lottery. Best guess is they are waiting to see how well the Japanese BD/DVD sells.
