From that description, it sounds like a gender flipped Ouran.

Regardless of how close it actually is to Ouran, I loved that one a lot so I'm looking forward to what Hatori brings next!

Glad to see a new series by Bisco Hatori, and that another author has embraced using college-age characters. We really need more series like that. Cool

I would definitely read a gender-flipped Ouran with older characters, though hopefully this time Hatori won't handwave away the passage of time.
