Looks like a century or two before the world even approaches the basics of cyberisation of the human brain. Given the pace of technology, I might well be wrong.
Psycho Pass timeline is 60-70 years from current date for functioning railguns and full-body cyberisation (apart from the brain and nervous system). If we get that far in this world, it'll be some achievement.
