A voice actress was already split from the staff credits before, but there's multiple staff people that still need to be split out here. Another somewhat confusing one with some animators using similar kanji name, so it took a while to sort.

清水よしこ (an error of the above person?)
(2011) Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl (TV) : 2nd Key Animation (ep 4)

志水よし子 (animator: the same or not as M.S.C person?)
(1996) Case Closed (TV) : Key Animation <- ep 546, so this would put the actual date in late 2009

志水佳子 (might be an alternate credit of the above person)
(2013) Devil Survivor 2 The Animation (TV) : Key Animation (ep 10)
(2013) Blood Lad (TV) : Key Animation (志水佳子; eps 3, 6, 9)
(2014) Future Card Buddyfight (TV) : Key Animation (eps 8, 35)

I'm planning on three separate entries for now. 志水よし子 seems to come up so often in the same timeframe 志水よしこ. I have some doubts on it actually being the same person alternating credited names for the heck of it, but I haven't found any definitive proof like a company to connect them with (Shimizu at M.S.C did not start there until 2014-08, after all of the current よし子 credits). Beyblade 4D (Metal Fury) has one episode (117 or 15) where 志水佳子 is credited, suggesting the possibility that it's a rarer alternate (birth name?) credit of 志水よし子.

The Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl credit shows as 清水よし子 in Seesaa wiki but is actually 清水よしこ in the show itself. Both would be one-off instances due to the family name kanji. I think they just got the first kanji wrong.
