Can't wait for that english release
Unfortunately after playing Chronophantasm and finally really appreciating just how much effort was put into the localization I understand that it is going to take just as long as the previous games to localize. Which was over a year  Hopefully they can do it faster but I know it'll be amazing either way.

Yes, albeit I feel sad for the Vita and One owners, the One might be a possibility for the West-exclusive stuff (Like Anime games), And Vita might be later as usual, Can't predict
