Why they pick "football" in manga title while Japan use "soccer" term. Ain't football for Japan mean American football?

Not necessarily. The term isn't that widely used, but it could refer to either. American football is usually called "American football" or "Amefoot" for short. (Note that I'm not an expert on this, though.)
