I highly doubt the dub is rushed, considering its premier date is currently unknown and how Stan Lee released a photo of him recording for the series 1-2 weeks ago on twitter. Funi may not even be producing the dub, just releasing it, considering Lee is in LA.

Recording was in process on 5 July, I dont think this is week-before dubbing like most simuldubs.

Funimation's simuldubs have been of really high quality ever since they started. MHA for one has been insanely good. They go out fast, but they don't rush anything. They clearly take the time to do the dubbing well. Hence why some shows are 2 weeks and others 4. They had some really cool interviews with ANN about those.

Funimation probably is still producing the dub and is probably doing something similar to how they handled tales of zesteria with the voice actors being in both texas and california. Its not impossible to have stans voice brought over from california to texas

Some Funi simuldubs are great--My Hero Academia and Attack on Titan are standouts this year. Some definitely sound stilted and rushed, though. I personally think they should be more selective in what they simuldub. They're taking on half a dozen shows every season these days.

I'm happy that Stan Lee got to maintain his tradition of making a cameo in his works by dubbing a character. I hope they keep his voice in the Japanese version and sub his lines.

Some of the NYC dubbing pool (which is now essentially limited to "Pokemon" and "Yu-Gi-Oh!") have been in somewhat recent simuldubs. For example, Matt Shipman (Shay of "Arc-V") was Sanzou in "Nanbaka". Kudos to Matt for being a YGO dub voice actor that plays the game. He uses Blackwings deck while his character uses Raidraptors (which can be very compatible with BWs).
