I voted for Aria H. Kanzaki. I enjoyed watching her showdown with Riko in Aria the Scarlet Ammo.

Well obviously Rem is best witch but I am amused by the fact that the contest didn't include Emilia.

I missed that link in the first sentence and it makes more sense that the witch stickers getting sold at book stores was part of a larger contest with 24 heroines.
