I'll probably end up backing a physical copy, but I sure do hope they improve the character models. I'd prefer something closer to the LN art and not these child-like representations that look like they came out of a PS2 JRPG.

Don't get your hopes up. This design choice is intentional. Just read his twitter. He's extremely proud of how cute Holo is.

A link to the Kickstarter page in the article body would be helpful. I almost didn't see it down there in the footer.

And man are their reward tiers confusing...
