You had my interest until I read smartphone game.
I am hoping this gets a port to a console or similar and that this is NOT the sequel that was just announced or that they plan on releasing on more then just for smart phones. |

It goes without saying that I'm incredibly disappointed, and the Japanese fandom is also pretty put out by this. The 2015 ad campaign for Itsuwari no Kamen actually pushed a slogan that translated to something like "Take back gaming from smart phones," so seeing Aquaplus do a heel turn like this is pretty shocking. I think we just got trolled hard lol like they could’ve easily stated it was a freaking smartphone game instead of making it sound like a brand new console release NOT COOL AQUAPLUS!
