Meanwhile, there's still no new DC manga chapters and long manga hiatuses is hurting an anime and has so many fillers. I'm frustrated.

They aren't really "hiatuses", they are break times mandated by the publisher so Aoyama has enough time to finish the storyboards and drawings beforehand without to strain his health. He is working during these "breaks". And the new chapter is releasing on February 26th.
