Ex-player here. Sometimes people in this game could be bona fide jerks, but most of the time, they care a lot about others. May Ferne and Poppy rest in peace and the Light embrace them.

Couldn't make it to the tribute proper on account of being on a different world, but I gave my prayers to the Guardian Tree in my own server regardless, for them and for everyone who was a victim to COVID-19.
May the Crystal keep them and the light embrace them. |

Wish I could have been there. I've been pretty dark in FF14 lately due to other games. Had I known a funeral was held I would have attended.
