While you're right the Lemuria republic mentioned here is actually supposed to be Remiferia. And of course it called the Principality of Remiferia not the Remiferia republic.
So the sentence in question should probably say,
"The setting for the game is the autonomous nation Crossbell, the Liberl Kingdom, and the Principality of Remiferia located in the Continent of Zemuria."
