This is one of my favorite manga (which says something, I've been into this stuff for over a couple of decades now) and I wish it could have gone on forever and ever. It has simple but very relatable characters and stories, it avoids most traps that so many similar manga fall into (*cough*Amaaama to Inazuma*cough*), and it was one of my inspirations that made me start cooking for myself and find the enjoyment in it, with its fun but simple, anyone-can-do-it recipes. Alas, all good things come to an end, and the ending for this was pretty good, everything considered.
I wish this could have been the Toyota Yuu story to get an adaptation, because it really deserves more attention and love. (Although considering how live-action adaptations of manga tend to turn out, I guess it's better that it didn't get one... But an anime would've been nice.) |

I love slice of life cooking manga. Out of curiosity, is this a BL title? It seems like the perfect set-up for one. Sounds adorable either way.
