The title is a Shakespeare reference (as noted) but the characters seem to be named for, and the plot inspired by, the namesake play as well. (there’s a preview available in Japanese on the Betsuma website.) I was thrilled to discover this and will be gleefully picking up the collected volume!!

i hope this gets a license, Kawahara's works are so good and not as tropey as many shoujo series. her characters are actually not 2D in personalities.

Hmm...
ベアトリス → 戸部(とべ)ありす Seems to be an anagram of 'ベアトリス'.
ヒーロー → 内藤 比呂(ないとう ひろ)
ベネディック → 辺嶺 征久雄(べね いくお)
クローディオ → 黒羽 一生(くろう いお)

Yeah, the Bessatsu Margaret site says, 'シェイクスピアの名作喜劇「から騒ぎ」を現代版リメイク!'
A Japanese translation of Much Ado About Nothing by Tozawa Masayasu and Asano Wasaburō was published in Meiji 40, and its Japanese title was already 『から騒ぎ』. The translated title 'から騒ぎ' seems to have a so-so long history.
In the Tozawa-Asano translation, their names were ビートリース, ヘロー, ベ子ヂツク, and クラウヂヲ, though.
