I would like to hope so, but I have a feeling that it doesn't. I'm not seeing anything from GKIDS saying that it is the more "definitive" version either.
I may hold off on buying the movie for a bit longer, just in case they say something in the meantime or if they go through to release a version with the added scenes if it turns out that it doesn't.

Not a big deal, but that Jujutsu Kaisen volume isn't an omnibus.
The series is still too new for that.
