With the Mahoyo movie(s) coming, Kimetsu no Yaiba still being around and the Mihoyo + Ufotable collaboration going around, I don't see a Tsukihime anime coming anytime soon. Of course, if they went to a different studio it could happen but given the ongoing relationship between Type-Moon and ufotable, how many Fate projects are still ongoing and how long they were willing to wait to produce a Mahoyo movie, I'd think a Tsukihime anime will have to wait until the Other Side.

Honestly probably better that an anime waits until Other Side anyway so they can adapt the whole story at once instead of bits and pieces
