There's a shoujo manga in a similar vein where this guy just happens to have a cat's head instead of a human head. It's called "Nekota No Koto Ga Ki Ni Natte Shikatanai" or "I can't help but be concerned about Nekota." Despite the bizarre premise it's actually quite good imo, and I wish it'd get made into an anime. At least it's unique, unlike some of the other shoujo manga that end up getting an anime.
