So realistically, how bad would this effect anime? Fuji Tv's a big player, but most shows are going streaming now anyways. At worst, I see it impacting Jump shows and Sentai.

Realistically - a lot, a DAMN LOT, because even outside of being one of major Japanese TV broadcasters Fuji is also one the major players on anime production committees (for reminder - Fuji Holding Group are also the owners of Pony Canyon, which is involved into anime and music production too) - and potentially going out of the business while losing customers and credibility can hurt a lot of currently running and already announced projects production lines.

They will reap what it sows and yes this will have a terrible consequences to the anime industry as a whole. Especially when it comes to the broadcasting and licensing rights to many of the shows they have including the big titles such as Dragon Ball, One Piece and a whole bunch of others.
However i would still want to see them go under. I mean they have exploited and manipulated vulnerable people and abused their authority and power for decades. Some of the stuff they did is unimaginable. They have to GO. There is a reason why JP has such dark undertones when it comes to the media industry as a whole and it is about time they stop getting away with it otherwise things will never change.
So yeah, this will have a huge negative impact but it is one that is necessary for the betterment as a whole.

As mentioned earlier, Fuji's the broadcast home of big-ratings shows like Saze-san, Chibi Maruko-Chan, One Piece, Dragonball, Demon Slayer... but they're also the home of the noitaminA and +Ultra late-night anime blocks. +Ultra was designed to house anime intended for international distribution so I expect Netflix and/or Cruchy will continue to fund those production committees. noitaminA is Fuji TV tho, so the future's much more dubious there.
As you said, Fuji's a big player. Worst case scenario is that they get sold to someone... who will institute changes across the board so who knows what'll happen to the late-night "prestige" anime blocks if that happens.

Companies this big do not simply go out of business. What usually happens is some competitor buys them up and strips the company of any profitable portions. Likely even the net work itself will be rebranded and continued.

The real problem is - are there even any japanese companies (because it's very doubtful that any international company will be even allowed to participate, as we talking about the public TV broadcasting company after all) that are interested to buy stocks of the one of the largest domestic TV broadcasters from the major stock holders, especially in this day and age, and with the current situation surrounding it?

I expect this. Like others said, Fuji has things that are valuable, so I'm sure competitors are waiting for it to soften to where they can snap up what they want. Production committees will probably have to accept terms preferential to the other networks to minimize disruptions.

Nature abhors a vacuum, especially in business. I could easily see the assets being transferred, renamed, and freed of the issue that is Fuji TV, but while there will assuredly be hiccups, the assets won’t just disappear.

Wow, I didn't know it was getting that bad for Fuji TV, but given that big scandal, it was to be expected.

Given that the scandal involved a former Johnny's idol member, yes, this is a big scandal and it leads to some many questions for me about this scandal and if this involved covering up the Johnny's entertainment scandal before the BBC and other big name media reported on the sexual abuse.

First time diving into the full scope of the scandal, and HOLY F*CK, WHAT THE HELL!!!?
I feel sorry for all the people involved in the production of already announced shows, but sadly, it seems to me that whatever negative effect this may have on anime and other fiction is peanuts compared to the severity of the charges.

I'm a bit confused how one sexual assault had this big of a fallout? Obviously to me 1 sexual assault is heinous but I'm a normal person, and this is a huge company and they usually go on fine even with several sexual assaults scandals?

This is because Fuji TV management allegedly arranged for the woman to have sex with Nakai (as an "entertainment tool", where she has to "entertain clients"). After that broke out, it's been reported that Fuji TV has done this many, many times before.

It won't impact Sentai because the Super Sentai franchise (and its sister franchise, Kamen Rider) air on TV Asahi, Fuji's competitor.
It certainly will affect Jump shows, though, as three of the biggest Jump anime ever (Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Demon Slayer) are Fuji TV shows. Production on Dragon Ball Daima wrapped a while ago, so that show should be fine to air its remaining episodes, but who knows what this means for One Piece. In the worst case, the current rerun hiatus might end up being extended, or Toei might decide to move the show to another network for the first time in 25 years (assuming they even have the right to do so, there's no telling what their contract actually says.)
