Hopefully this one will help coping with the loss of Mono, Delicious and That's Journey (last season sure was great for slice of life fans).

Hmmm, not a bad first episode and it is amusing enough but it is not really the kind of slice of life I was hoping for. Instead of a group doing fun things together it seems more of a yuri bait fest with misunderstandings plus gags.

Gave it a look and so far it's alright, some decent gags, but I can see it getting old quick. Kind of reminding me of a lot of other things but not really in a way where I think it's outdoing any of them.

Episode 1
It seems like it's been a while since I've seen an overtly yuri title and this one seems cute. The set-up reminds me of an excellent yuri romance (the title of which I cannot remember) I watched years ago where a really tall girl was in love with her cute friend who was crushing on a different girl. Poor Suzu is trapped in that role here. By the way, if anybody happens to think of the title I can't remember based on my very brief description above, please tell me! By the way, it was a gorgeous day around these parts so I was at the beach, which restricted the number of premieres I could catch. I was able to catch two new titles I wanted to sample but still leaves 5 to check out from today. And then there are 9 titles I'd like to sample tomorrow. ... Sleep? Who needs sleep? |

There were times when I found the MC's creeper vibe a bit annoying, and other parts where I found her innocent attempts to be dark and edgy amusing, so they balanced out.
I don't have any strong feelings about the object of the MC's affection one way or the other. Both Yuu and...I forget the class monitor's name...seem more like platforms for their comic premises than real people at this juncture. The blonde girl - Suzu - seems like a real person, and a very likable one. I'm not sure how much of a draw that is. Watching her be repeatedly disappointed - but only mildly because Suzu knows who she is and has a certain depth and integrity that her clueless crush seems to lack so far - for at least half a season isn't necessarily something I'm all that interested in. On the other hand, the bus scene, where Yuu was desperately trying to come up with ways to be a delinquent and the reactions of the little girl and her mom across the aisle was genuinely entertaining. So I don't know. I'll see. |

Yuru Yuri is the most similar show that comes to mind. Guessing we will have gags instead of romance, at least to the second half of the final episode. |

Yuru Yuri was exactly what I was thinking of. Specifically that these girls are certainly gay, but also a bit disaster.

I agree yet Yuru Yuri had a different balance between gags, horny/romance and doing fun activities as a group. With the second episode Bad Girl is very much mostly horny with some gags thrown in. While amusing enough it is not that great yet (some gags are also being repeated already).

Ruu is a fun addition to the already highly quirky group (third episode). She needs her being cute validation so badly that she gets increasingly desperate when she does not get it. Meanwhile Yu is getting even more zealous and Atori might be the only actual delinquent in the show?

As of episode 6 all the characters from the cover art have been introduced and boy is it a collection of perverts. Besides Suzu that is (her segment at the end was great), all the others can get a tad spicy at times and Kiyoraka is probably the worst of them.

We've learned so much in this episode, from Suzu being clearly in love with Yuu to Suzu copying Atori's hair style and, what is surprising, Atori had a love in first sight moment with Suzu.
Now I'm going to have to go back to the first episode. I suspected it a bit but nothing on the level as that look. |

I rather liked the last two segments. Sharing a common hobby helps in making friends and it seems that stalking works in that regard for Yuu. The last segment was fun in that Yuu keeps tripping up Rura but the latter does seem to value her as a friend. |

When they mentioned camping and people gaining an interest in it Yuru Camp did come to mind but boy did I not expect such a blunt cameo, like a hammer to the face. It was also fun seeing how overprepared Yuu was. |

That was a dumb and fun show. The jokes were nothing amazing yet the characters all being fun in their own way and the chemistry between them made it work. |
