Congratulations! It's a great achievement for the illustrator to have his long-running accomplishments recognized around the world because of the Guinness World Records. Very Happy

Wow, GWR recognizing someone for something that actually takes a skill other than realizing no one else has done it!

Amazing! I'm glad GWR recognizes people for this sort of longevity and dedication. Congrats, Tsukamoto-san!

LOL. I love that his answer is to say he's goin for 50! Which would be awesome, cause if he's still not using computers, he may darn well be the only one left in the illustration business... WTG!!!

A lot of times I am highly suspect of these types of longevity awards. Because you don't really have to be particularly excellent to be able to do something for a long time. However, after looking over his work, the man is clearly very talented.

That is quite impressive to have a job that long and still work the same way for thirty eight years.

In my area of residence, there aren't many people that have that type of dedication to their job's. Much less not use computers.

50 years means he'll be in his 80s when he does that. Probably could extend that record so far that nobody on earth will catch him.
