1. please learn to spell.
2. Vash has three guns. His pistol, his Uzi Arm, and his Angel Cannon thingo. That could be one reason for the name.
3. "Why is Hellsing called Hellsing if the main characters name is Alucard? Why is Dragonball called Dragonball when the main character is called Goku?". No real reason as to why it's called Cowboy Bebop, except that the ship is called the bebop and they're, in essence, cowboys

Also, the street name for bounty hunters in that universe is "cowboy." Probably because of that bizarre bounty news program, Big Shots.

Cowboy Bebop is called so because the main characters are in a way cowboys and the bebop comes from the fact that bebop is a type of jazz.

The series has been out on DVD for years, plus it's been run on CN for a while now. plus, you find out all of that around the half-way point. If I said that, for example, Knives also had an Angel Arm, then that would be a spoiler.

Yeah, Vash does have three guns.
And the Cowboy Bebop thing is because
1. Their ship is named BeBop
2. Bounty hunters are also called Cowboys.

Well you ask, and you got your answer. Next time, watch a series first and you'll understand it without having to ask in the first place. A title will have some meaning, all you have to do is watch the show first.
The ship's name is bebop and it also relate to the jazz music used in the anime.
Twinguns? nahhh..probably Bigun

I can also think of another reason for Trigun's title:
The three guns used in the last battle: Vash's, Knives' and Wolfwood's. I like the idea of Nick still looking out for Vash posthumously and the Cross Punisher turning things around at the last minute.

That probably wouldn't work because the ending to the anime was just sort of winged, and Nightow called the manga "Trigun" years before that.
