Having a hundred casual sex partners would be difficult to achieve, I imagine, so she decides to change her plans a little and ease her life. Whatever the case is: premise sounds hilarious! I hope it turns out to be a decent show at least.
Also, moar K-ON!? YES!!! KyoAni and Kadokawa should've done this with Haruhi back in the day... maybe they are finally learning something?

k-on was decent but i didn't feel it needed a 2nd season..seeing how the last half of the series was almost the same as the first..with another character

For me, it's the combination of her, Horie Yui and Noto Mamiko. I'm really not expecting much from the show, but there is a vague chance it won't be too bad.

By casual I assume that she wanted to have sex with each one at least once a week. That means 14-15 a day, or one every hour, that is, giving her 8 hours to sleep and another hour and a half to eat, shower, buy condoms, and other stuff. Totally possible.
