I keep all receipts and packing slips until I've watched or examined the product fully in case I need to return or exchange it. After that then it's into the recycle bin with them once the item has passed inspection, since they're just junk.

I just keep the receipts until I've 'inspected' the item and then junk them.
Of course, my figure purchases have never come with receipts, but I've never had one come damaged. |
