I don't believe it has been released in France yet so, assuming they are releasing it there (and elsewhere like Germany) then they can spread the costs about which helps. If they plan things well and get it BBFC'd quickly enough, they could even try and do a single region A+B disc for Europe and the US since it is all Viz.
