This may be close to the Halloween film fest question.
Other than Perfect Blue are there any real anime horror movies? I mean all suspense terror murder blood and guts? Teenagers trapped in the mall overnight and chopped up by security robots. You know survival horror a.k.a. Friday 13th, Halloween? I don't wanna hear Vampire Hunter D. that was dark but not what I mean. |

You must mean psychological horror. I can think of quite a few "slasher" anime, but they're not really in the sense of what would usually be labeled as "horror."
One title that comes to mind that is a bit of a mind trip with supernatural elements is Boogiepop Phantom. It's not particularly full of the drama and suspense like Perfect Blue, but I found it pretty entertaining. You may also want to try Twilight of the Dark Master, though having seen it only once (and a long time ago, I might add), I can't remember much of it.

100 Stories is also a good one. And for mind bending horror, try Paranoia Agent.

for horror maybe try Pet Shop of Horror.... it's an ok anime i guess.... it's a little slow, but the idea is original
