I hope I'll at least be able to sideload it onto my Kindle Fire since I doubt Viz will get it on the Amazon Store in due time.

I am happy to hear that this is going to happen. I am going to get a Android tablet next year and now that I will be able to get titles from Viz legally this is a deal breaker for me. Now I just wish they would be able to get rid of the pirate apps.
