Are you referring to the English graphic novel release or the Japanese release? Both answers are readily available in the Encyclopedia so I suggest you check that first in the future. The North American release schedule for Rosario + Vampire is listed on its Encyclopedia page, while Rosario + Vampire II is listed as "serialized in Jump Square," which is a monthly shounen mag.
