help please

I purchased Dr. Slump manga volumes 1-18 but how exactly am I suspose to translate them???

any ideas

You can always try with an online translation website/program like...like...like Babelfish. Yes, I know it's nothing really impressive, but it may help.

By any chance, is Babelfish named after a...Babel fish in Douglas Adam's book? Because the fish, in the story, does translations of very language...or maybe it's vice versa?

Yes it is named after Adam's book. Babel is also just another word for Babylon.
