Well, it wouldn't be NISA if there wasn't a delay of some sort. They really need to give themselves some breathing room on their release schedule, they always seem to be working on games up to the last minute. I've had a number of games delayed due to factory issue, usually not announced long before their release.

Any month but October Nisa. Did they see the games coming out in October.

The audiences for those games do not really overlap with the audience for Mugen Souls. Most MS buyers probably have no interest in those games except for Persona 4.

Man that ruins my whole plan. Looks like I'm gonna be getting P4G with COD and Playstation All-Stars. That was suprising news to hear though.

Well I don't think theres been an "official" announcement, but all retailers I've seen now list it as the 20th.
