I think it's saying a new movie is mentioned in the theater notes for the play. I think.

It's neither a play or a movie. It's a new series, a sequel to the movie. It was just mentioned in the notes for the stage play.

Sweet good news the sequel's going to be a series, I couldn't remember what it was announced as either atm. Gonna re-watch the old show with the BD sd-remaster (and the movie when that comes out soon) when we get closer to it since it's been so long.
