Viz has a habit of taking some hit-or-miss liberties with their manga, and it'd be nice to know just how much is tampered with. Aside from obvious things like names.

I don't read the series myself, but according to the edited manga list on Mania, nudity and a scene where Zatch is skewered were censored.

The amount of editing depends on how much editing Viz wants/is allowed to edit. At least it wasn't edited by 4kids because that would give CMX editing TenTen a bad name.
