I have always wondered why the original digimon adventure is never showed? It seems Digimon 02 is always shown.

Sell 02 or ANY Digimon subbed as a boxset... I WILL BUY!!! As much as it's "the future" I will NOT buy digital episodes.

DiC? Saban licensed Digimon and then Disney got the license... Where does DiC fit in? Not to mention that DiC doesn't exist anymore as Cookie Jar Entertainment bought them a couple of years ago.

I have wondered why the first Digimon season wasn't subbed or streamed here. I wish it would. I used to watch it a lot when I was little, and a few years ago too when it still aired on Disney X.D. (mainly for nostalgia purposes).

That's it! More old anime from the 70's-90's should be licensed for streaming nowadays! They'll get more exposition from ANN and stuff!...I think.

It's already been more than 10 years since the first season aired on the now defunct Fox Kids. How long is this contract supposed to go on for?

I noticed this wasn't available in the UK when Crunchyroll had it, I assume it's the same for ANN? I'm on vacation in the US at the moment, so I can't check for sure.

If so, it's quite a shame. I've wanted to watch Digimon subbed for a long time.

Because the original Digimon Adventure had some "questionable" that was cut during the US broadcast. Think of it as something similar to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters cuts. Digimon 02 did not have such content. Tamers also suffered a similar fate, but was not as severe.

Ah, Adventure 02, the series that brought us the thought-provoking BlackWarGreymon. I've always wanted to hear Nobiyuki Hiyama voice him in Japanese. Now's my chance I guess :3

Er, I'm sorry, not DiC, Disney. It all ends up at Disney eventually. Very Happy

I wonder if Saban is looking to pick up any of the old series again. Considering the weird Power Rangers thing that they're doing with Nickelodeon it would be interesting to seem them snag another thing that Disney had originally snagged from them. And I doubt Toei would complain having two of their shows on the same network.

Its been so long since I last saw Digimon, I don't even know when I'll be able to sit down and watch this, I'm too preoccupied from watching several other shows at a time. Crying or Very sad
