Kinda neat to hear this news. Hopefully we might be seeing a step in the direction of more than just Vanguard taking off in the US. I tried out playing Weiss Schwarz and find it an engrossing and fun card game.
It's extremely luck based, BUT I think I love it for that. The game is pleasantly unpredictable like a board game versus the 'only certain strategies work' process of other card games. Not that I HATE that other style, I play me some MtG on a somewhat frequent basis, but when I get to just focus on building a deck based on what I 'like' versus what is guaranteed to 'win', I tend to have more fun no matter what game I'm playing...
It just tends to be that Weiss Schwarz seems to favor that more than other games.

For some reason it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling when where on their .com site it has the Union Jack instead of the Stars and Strips for the [English Page] tab.
